Romanian authorities found a pup wandering the streets during a rainstorm looking for food. As luck would have it, the puppy was spotted by a Good Samaritan who recognized an opportunity to help him.

The woman who stopped to help the dog is Denisa, a vet who works for 1 Dog At A Time Rescue. While the main purpose of her visit was to feed stray animals, she made sure to help this poor dog as soon as she saw it needed assistance.

His trust was easily gained by her! She then took the dog, named Toby, to the veterinary clinic, where he was treated and cared for. He will stay there until he reaches the age of being able to go to his forever home.
