An animal in need of assistance was discovered by veterinarian Ovidiu Rosu. As the horse was chained to his legs, he was in excruciating discomfort. This horse was in such bad shape that he was unable to move. Several tools were used by Rosu to free him from the chains so that he could avoid further injuring the steed’s legs.
It was a joy to see the horse freed after the doctor, who works for Four Paws, treated the horse’s skin. After he had been treated, the horse was able to move again, and he even thanked the doctor for saving him.
