It was a very cold night and the little dog nearly died when it was dumped on the porch of the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). Fortunately for the dog, Officer Montgomery happened to be responding to a call at the same time as the little dog. Montgomery and the pup hit it off right away.
He curled up on Montgomery’s lap because he knew Montgomery was a good person!
Montgomery has fostered and adopted from PAWS in the past, so fostering the little guy is not surprising.
It is always good to have people sharing their thoughts and feelings, especially since the dog seems to have taken to him; the puppy is named Kylo, and as you can see he is in good hands. We can rest easy knowing that as long as Montgomery has Kylo, he will be loved, fed and warm.
