Animals should not be chained to a yard for 24 hours a day, especially a dog. Buster was chained to a yard that was so tight his collar cut into his neck.
Buster was discovered by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and his owners were contacted. He was given up to live in a better home after receiving medical treatment for many ailments, a bath, and lots of love. He was wonderful and caring despite his previous life.
The moment Buster reunited with his mother was one of those unforgettable moments when PETA found him a new home. The exact moment when he first saw his newest mother has been captured on video.
