There was a long line at the shelter when a guy wanted to see a dog, and people were waiting to apply for adoption. There was a tiny dog next to him that no one had applied for. Nobody wanted the grumpy, old man, so nobody wanted him. However, this individual decided to treat him like a king instead.
Once Rocky was brought home, he discovered that he was misunderstood. Rocky had just gotten his teeth pulled, but he still had a lot of life left! He is otherwise healthy and has a unique personality that Dad would not change for the world. See his tale below!
